Refund policy

MEDICAL PRODUCT RETURNS

Due to FDA regulations and the sensitive nature of medical products:

- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- All return claims require lot number verification
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Custom or special orders are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
